The responsibilities include:

• Following our service system and educating the customer on products and services
• Meeting and exceeding key performance requirements
• Estimating and creating proposals
• Establishing customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintaining a professional appearance and delivering a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
• Participating actively in all training, department, and company meetings
• Training and mentoring apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Being knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees

The qualifications include:

• Proven plumbing knowledge, with the desire to increase your plumbing and sales knowledge and skillset
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
  - Service Titan experience a plus
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 – $250,000 per year
