Our client is growing and looking for an Electrical Foreman who can run a crew, own a jobsite, and deliver quality work on commercial and industrial projects — day in and day out.

Location:

Norcross, GA

Hours:

Typically 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Overtime expected Start: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and direct all field personnel on assigned projects — orientation, timekeeping, daily reports, safety reports, and disciplinary documentation
  • Serve as Site Safety Representative when required
  • Conduct construction takeoffs using bid estimates as a baseline, planning each job for maximum efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure all materials are ordered and received on schedule to maintain project timelines
  • Collaborate closely with Fabrication to maximize labor and material installation savings
  • Enforce compliance with the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and all company policies — and hold your crew to the same standard
  • Maintain required personal tools as directed by leadership
  • Report directly to the Project Manager and Superintendent
  • Handle all other duties as assigned

What You Need to Bring:

Minimum 6 years of electrical experience in commercial and/or industrial construction (required) Strong working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) OSHA 30-Hour, CPR, and First Aid certifications (required) Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle Strong organizational skills — managing job documentation, customer info, and reporting High School diploma or GED required Journeyman Electrician license or completion of Apprenticeship Program (preferred) Master Electrician license (preferred) Prior supervisory or foreman experience (preferred) Professional appearance and conduct at all times Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
