Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you willbe responsible for installing,maintaining, and repairingfireplacefixturesfor residential clients. Your role involves troubleshooting electrical issues with lighting fixtures and fans.

• Install, service, and repair gas, electric, and wood-burning fireplace systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and ventilation issues using appropriate testing equipment and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintainaccurateservice records and prepare detailed reports outlining work performed, materials used, and recommended follow-up.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, local codes, and company standards while operating tools and equipment properly.
• Provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with clients and team members, and meet established service timelines.

• 1-3 years of experience with methods and procedures.
• General experienceasa handyman is beneficial.
• Experienceoperatingmidsize vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Georgia driver’s license.
