What You’ll DoAs a member of our Decor Crew Lead you’ll:
- Experience with using ladders
- Not afraid to be on roofs of house - Lead and supervise the holiday decor crew
- Install and remove holiday lights and decorations
- Follow installation plans and safety guidelines
- Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials
- Ensure installations are completed neatly and professionally
- Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed on time
- Hourly wage: $23-$25 (based on experience)
- Hourly, non-exempt position

Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer
Plus, one or more of the following:
Tree-climbing experience
Roofing experience
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles)
Committed to safety and teamwork
Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile
