At Arbor-Nomics Turf a Division of Senske Service, we create lawns (and holiday displays!) that make the neighbors green with envy! Join our Holiday Decor Grounds Crew, where the grass — and the lights — are always brighter thanks to a fun, hard-working team that turns outdoor spaces into something truly spectacular.

We're looking for energetic, safety-minded individuals who love working outdoors and take pride in a job well done. Experience is great — but not required! If you're passionate and ready to learn, we'll train you and provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Bring joy to residential and commercial properties by installing beautiful holiday lights and décor
• Use ladders safely to hang decorations and light displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving on-site concerns
• Spot opportunities to upsell additional services and help grow our client base
• Work outdoors with a team that feels like family

What We're Looking For:

• Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer
• Plus, one or more of the following:
• Christmas décor installation experience
• Tree-climbing experience
• Roofing experience
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• 21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles)
• Committed to safety and teamwork
• Positive, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting at $20.00 depending on experience
• Paid training from day one
