Bilingual Cleaning Trainer & Quality Supervisor

Are you an experienced residential cleaner who enjoys leading, training, and developing others? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to help build a high-performing team while maintaining the exceptional quality Molly Maid is known for.

This is a leadership role that combines hands-on cleaning, employee training, quality assurance, recruiting, and office support.

Responsibilities

• Train new cleaning professionals using the Molly Maid cleaning system.
• Coach team members on quality, efficiency, and customer service.
• Perform field quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Retrain employees when needed and help improve performance.
• Interview and evaluate new applicants.
• Assist with onboarding and developing new team members.
• Support office operations, scheduling, and communication.
• Step in to clean homes when business needs require.
• Help create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Previous training or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
