MF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to support voter registration, voter education, community outreach, and voter mobilization programs for our clients, including Mi Familia Vota (MFV) and Mi Familia en Acción (MFA).Working under the Field Manager, Field Director, or State Director, this position supports the daily supervision, training, and coaching of Canvass Leads and Canvassers;

monitors field performance and data quality; and helps maintain a safe, professional, and accountable field operation.

Key Responsibilities Support the daily implementation of voter outreach, voter registration, voter education, canvassing, phone banking, text banking, and GOTV programs.

Assist with supervising, scheduling, training, coaching, and supporting Canvass Leads and Canvassers.

Communicate daily goals, assignments, schedules, safety procedures, and performance expectations.

Monitor attendance, productivity, voter-contact goals, data quality, and compliance with established procedures.

Conduct field observations, staff check-ins, shift launches, and team debriefs.

Support voter-registration quality control, including the proper handling, tracking, and timely submission of voter-registration materials.

Review field data and reports for accuracy and completeness using VAN, Every Action, Blocks, spreadsheets, and other designated systems.

Monitor timekeeping and promptly escalate attendance, payroll, performance, conduct, safety, or employee-relations concerns.

Help ensure field staff follow voter-registration, data-security, workplace-safety, and organizational compliance requirements.

Conduct direct voter and community outreach when needed.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

Previous campaign, canvassing, voter-contact, community-organizing, or field experience required.

Experience supervising, scheduling, training, or coaching field staff required.

Experience with voter-contact databases or platforms such as VAN, Every Action, or similar systems.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with Latino or other historically underrepresented communities strongly preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, particularly during election cycles.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Work Environment This is a field-based position that may require extended periods of walking and standing and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Evening, weekend, extended, and irregular hours may be required during voter-registration deadlines, election cycles, and GOTV periods.
