The Driver position for Stratix typically involves driving a company van or Box Truck to pick-up & deliver products.

• Drive a company vehicle to pick-up and deliver products to our customers.
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
• Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
• Physical ability to move large and/or heavy boxes.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Primarily make daily deliveries in the local area, covering distances approximately 50-80 miles per day between customer locations and additional local Stratix locations.
• Valid, state driver’s license with no motor vehicle violations within last 12 months.
• Coordinate last minute or unscheduled deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Operate trucks for the local delivery, pick-up, and relocation of products.
• Maintain required reports, including maintenance and time records.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.
• Follow all safety rules for equipment and material handling as required by DOT, OSHA and Stratix safety program.
• Inspect all materials received for order accuracy and quality.
• Communicate effectively with operations staff about customer concerns and inventory issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading product.
• Utilize material handling equipment, such as forklifts and hand trucks.
• Assist with warehouse tasks when not driving route.
• Assist in warehouse when not driving.
• Additional functions/job duties as assigned.
• Physically active and sit-down position.
• Utilize Oracle, Ship console and legacy shipping systems.
• Learn shipping skills that will be transferable to any job in the future.
• 8:30am-5:00pm shift.

• Perform job duties in various weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Sit and drive for longer than 6 hours of time without assistance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and without assistance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months prior experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT Physical.
