Logistics Coordinator

CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in the Norcross, GA area working with one of our premier clients. Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support and manage domestic and international shipping operations
. This role is critical to ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across global supply chains. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, working with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and navigating global trade compliance requirements.

• sCoordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final destinatio
• nPrepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs form
• sWork closely with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border shipment
• sEnsure compliance with U.S. export/import regulations, Incoterms, and international trade law
• sMonitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays, and communicate updates to internal teams and customer
• sSchedule pickups, deliveries, and manage transportation logistics across air, ocean, and ground freigh
• tCoordinate warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities to support shipping timeline
• sAssist with rate negotiation, cost tracking, and freight invoice auditin
• gMaintain accurate shipment records and reports in logistics or ERP system
• sSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce cost
