Job Overview
Central Transport is seeking Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers for our Norcross, GA location. Drivers will operate modern equipment, follow consistent routes, and return home each night. The role is vital to customer relations and ensures freight is delivered on time and without damage.
Responsibilities- Safely pick up and deliver freight on a daily schedule.
- Unload trailers upon completion of each route.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience.
- Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
- Completely clean motor vehicle record (no DUI’s in the last 5 years, no more than one DUI in a lifetime).
- Pass a DOT drug screen and hair follicle test.
