Work schedule:

Sun – Thur: 7 am – 3:30 pm.

• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections, verifying tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
• Maintain clean, safe environment for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and hands‑on coaching, performing minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team‑player ability.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, and other information established by Penske management.
• Ability to perform all work in accordance with DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and best safety practice.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance required.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and maintenance of a current driver qualification file (annual MVR check, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History, FMCSA Clearinghouse review for CDL holders).
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete application, submit to background screening, pass drug screen and physical, and travel within the local area for training.
• Ability to work in alert state and safely accept responsibility for own and others’ safety.

• Must frequently move, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods.
• Regular hand use for grasping, reaching, touching, handling, and operating tools.
• Must work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Must work safely in all weather conditions.
• Must see and hear to navigate workplace safely.
• Must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); must push/pull heavy truck tires.
