Location & Role
Warehouse Associate – Norcross, GA. Duties include truck unloading, picking, palletizing, loading/unloading, stock counting, and inventory management. Operations run Monday‑Friday (8‑hour days, second shift 10 AM‑6 PM). The position is union represented.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in warehouse activities: truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Accurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Perform task of order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Maintain an accurate running inventory.
- Record, report, and return defective items from previous deliveries.
- Accept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy.
- Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.
- Valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal .
- Proficiency in working with a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).
- Ability to lift, bend, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. (25 kg).
- Experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred.
- License to operate relevant equipment or ability to obtain one.
- Willingness to take on related duties as assigned.
- Following schedules and instructions from foreman or supervisor.
- Flexibility with schedules based on customer demands.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and practices.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Hourly pay rate: $26.11.
