Warehouse Team Lead

Supervises the outbound warehouse team, ensuring orders are picked, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time.

Monday–Friday, 2nd shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am

• Supervises the picking/pack out team, ensuring all picked orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Ensures items are appropriately marked or tagged for identification purposes.
• Runs productivity reports (lines picked) for picking.
• Conducts regular audits on picked items and ensures orders are shipped per company criteria.
• Supervises picking and pack out area to ensure associates work safely and complete orders timely following SOPs.
• Processes all outbound shipments: assembles and packages materials, prepares daily shipments for invoicing, verifies orders, communicates to distributors, logs shipments.
• Handles packing out customer orders, including hand loading product to pallets if required.
• Performs data entry tasks: creates/updates sales orders, prints picking lists and packing slips.
• Drives team productivity and continuous improvement.
• Acts as backup for the daily stand up meeting, running lines shipped and received information.
• Assists in miscellaneous projects as required.
• Ensures priorities are actioned, maintains accurate time keeping, and adheres to all health & safety activities.
• Operates pit equipment and acts as key holder for building open/close.
