DC Associate
Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is looking for a DC Associate to be a vital part of our warehouse and assist in pick‑pack and stage parts, utilize hand‑held radio frequency devices, and move boxes throughout the distribution center.
The DC Associate has overall responsibility for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse.
Responsibilities- Marks pallets with identifying store information.
- Uses the computer/RF to enter records.
- Uses equipment such as pallet jack, forklift, etc.
- Uses voice picking system.
- Keeps work area neat, clean, and hazard free.
- Will be required to use a handheld radio frequency device (R.F. Unit).
- Consistent, reliable attendance.
- Other related duties as assigned.
High School/secondary school diploma or general education degree (GED)/homeschool equivalency.
Must‑Have Skills- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying.
- Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math strategies including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Prior warehouse training or experience preferred but not required.

Base salary is in the range USD $14.25 to $19.00 per hour. Worldpac typically offers salaries around the 50th percentile of the advertised range, with final pay based on job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
