Warehouse Associate - Night Shift; GA

$19.12/hour – Sun‑Thu 5:00 pm–1:30 am or finished, some OT

Responsible for receiving, stocking, preparation and shipping of merchandise to customers in local and outlying areas.

• Operate forklift/pallet jack and cherry picker.
• Lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly each shift, bend, stoop, climb, stand and twist for extended periods.
• Complete forklift training/certification requirements.
• Operate a Radio Frequency (RF) or Voice Pick device.

• Accurately select/pick merchandise from assigned slot and confirm the correct quantity and unit of measure.
• Load merchandise into appropriate truck.
• Drop merchandise for “reserve” to “pick” slots.
• Prepare VIA merchandise for shipment on freight lines.
• Repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
• Verify quality of product, packaging and adherence to vendor compliance policy.
• Accurately adhere to Warehouse Labor Standard, “Preferred Method Standard”.
• Identify and report slot and put‑away problems.
• Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets after picking as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: Preferred—High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous knowledge of SAP, one year of warehouse experience and prior forklift certification.
• Experience: 6 months of previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred; material handling equipment experience preferred; reach truck experience a plus.
• Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age; must pass a functional capacity test.

• Job is performed in a warehouse/operations environment.
• Frequently exposed to fast‑moving material handling equipment or other mechanical equipment.
• This is a full‑time position.
• Must have the ability to work a varying schedule which might include shift work (days or nights), weekdays or weekends, and some holidays.
• Work hours may vary or change based on customer orders, departmental or business requirements.
• The position does not require travel.
