Werfen is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead the outbound Shipping warehouse and supervise Material Handlers. You will ensure safe, compliant, and accurate order fulfillment, while coordinating with Manufacturing Quality Assurance on product holds and inventory. Strong leadership and ERP/WMS experience are essential.
You will drive continuous improvement, manage training and performance, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve shipping processes.
