Senior Designer
- Woven Mens & Womens Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects & deadlines within the design/development calendar while maintaining creative integrity & attention to detail
• Manage weekly meetings with cross departments to ensure all design notes from Creative Director are followed and clear to proceed.
• Create detailed technical sketches to clearly communicate design intent, fabrication and construction details
• Curate board for internal presentations to our Creative Director
• Create in depth CADs that follow line plan provided by Merchandizing team.
• Manage seasonal RLM entries and ensure all entries are up to date with seasonal changes
• Build/ Manage seasonal folders with all design information / approvals per for internal organization.
• Oversee design fittings with Development providing thoughtful design input to ensure integrity of fit, proportion & aesthetic
• Provide design solutions and suggestions for all on-going seasons (more than one season happening at a time).
• Manage all 2D Flats and familiarize past season styles to provide suggestions during the concepting stage.
• Collaborate with Raw Materials department and ensure deadlines are met.
• Partner with Development & Tech Designer to ensure fit integrity, fabrication feasibility

• 6-8 years of experience in woven
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD sketching
• Experience working in RLM system
• Strong technical ability : pattern awareness, construction knowledge, embroidery & print techniques
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication & presentation skills
• Ability to balance creative direction with production realities
• In-depth knowledge in garment construction
• Knowledge in Textiles and Raw Materials

Salary: $110,000-$120,000
