CHS is seeking a Safety Specialist to champion a strong safety culture across our agriculture operations. In this role, you will conduct facility and field safety inspections, support compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, and maintain safety documentation and training records. You will develop and deliver safety training for employees and contractors, support emergency response planning, analyze trends to reduce risk, and partner with operations, maintenance and leadership teams to implement practical, field-ready safety solutions that protect our people, communities and assets.
