Our client is seeking an accomplished Superintendent to lead the successful execution of complex commercial construction projects. This individual will serve as the field leader, responsible for driving project performance while ensuring exceptional standards for safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

• Provide overall field leadership from project startup through final turnover
• Direct field operations while maintaining accountability for safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and project execution
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and trade partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, owners, and inspectors to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum
• Drive short term and long term project planning while identifying risks before they impact schedule or cost Maintain the highest standards of workmanship through quality control, inspections, and successful project closeout
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, communication, and continuous improvement across the jobsite

• Demonstrated success leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Experience overseeing projects within healthcare, education, municipal, public safety, institutional, or other complex commercial environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to earn respect from field teams, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem solving skills
• Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality assurance, and field operations
