- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
- Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
- Engage in problem-solving to encourage customer commitments and find suitable solutions
- Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
- A proactive approach to customer engagement
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM software
