** are seeking Academic
** Hematology/Oncology*
* ** Division Chief.
** This is a full time employed position offering
** Faculty appointment
** with Creighton University and the opportunity to build a new fellowship program. The ideal candidate will provide patients and their families with access to the latest treatments and resources in a compassionate manner.
** As the Division Chief:
*** Build a new Academic Division of Hematology Oncology
* Start a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship;
Program Director will have additional dedicated academic FTE
* Recruit new faculty to the program* .1 FTE Academic/Chief; .2 FTE Medical Director; .7 FTE Clinical
* Possible opportunities for involvement with the Hereditary Cancer Center
* Faculty appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine
* Participate in Clinical Trials and Research
* Partner with Radiation Oncology
* Participate in weekly tumor board
* Comprehensive patient and family resources including genetics
* Large established Employed Primary Care referral base

* Qualifications:

*** Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology with a minimum of 7 years experience post fellowship.
* Current rank of Associate Professor or higher
* Experienced with research and fellowship education
* Board Certified in Internal Medicine
* Ability to obtain Nebraska License
