Diesel Technology Instructor

This position is an in-person, on campus faculty position. Under minimal supervision, the instructor is responsible for the delivery of course instruction in a variety of modalities and locations, facilitation of student learning and success, and on-going development of curriculum and learning strategies which meet the needs of students and employers with emphasis in electrical and electronic diagnostic and repair ability in both Ag equipment and diesel truck equipment;

air conditioning and refrigeration principles and application of different types of compressors, evaporators, condensers and controls used in today's farm equipment and diesel truck equipment. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write diagnosis and work completed on routine reports and correspondence. Ability to use personal computer and various types of diagnostic equipment.

Additionally, the instructor will collaborate with other faculty and staff members to provide quality instruction for a diverse student population and perform instructional duties and responsibilities in accordance with the philosophy, mission, and policies and procedures of the College.
