This is a $450 million community bank that's been in a strong growth mode and is adding another loan officer to its team. They are seeking an Agricultural Loan Officer who will also be doing Commercial Loans. This individual will have some support, as they do have a credit analyst at this branch. The bank uses Moody's for its credit software.
They are seeking someone who likes to get out into the community and build relationships. The current Market President has a 30 million dollar portfolio that they will transition a piece over to this individual. The bank has experienced loan growth of 10 to 12% over each of the last several years. The bank does have a retirement coming up in about 3 years, and this will allow career progression for this location.
