Overview

Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy has a job opening for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead the team in Norfolk, NE in providing exceptional, personalized care to the community. Compensation

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000

Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with strong clinical experience
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of practice, with leadership or management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and achieving exceptional outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs and clinical protocols
  • Foster professional growth and a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Build community presence and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians
Skills
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and align a clinical team toward shared goals
  • Strong foundation in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based care
  • Clear and effective communication with patients, staff, and referring providers
