Overview
Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy has a job opening for a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead the team in Norfolk, NE in providing exceptional, personalized care to the community. CompensationCompensation: $80,000 - $110,000
Qualifications- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with strong clinical experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of practice, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and achieving exceptional outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists, PTAs, and support staff
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs and clinical protocols
- Foster professional growth and a positive, team-oriented culture
- Build community presence and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and align a clinical team toward shared goals
- Strong foundation in physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and evidence-based care
- Clear and effective communication with patients, staff, and referring providers
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving to support clinic growth and operational efficiency
- Commitment to compassionate, individualized care that drives results and patient satisfaction
- Comfort representing the clinic through community events, workshops, and physician outreach
- Ability to balance administrative leadership with hands-on patient care
