This role offers the opportunity to provide in-home and in-clinic care, perform health assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and deliver advanced wound care.
Providing a high level of autonomy, you will collaborate with a supportive clinical team. Candidates must possess a valid NP or PA license and experience in wound care or home-based care. Reliable transportation is required for travel to various locations.
