Technology Product Manager | Norfolk, NE | Quarterly Bonus Opportunity | In-Office Role

The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives deliver measurable business value. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translates them into clear product roadmaps and prioritized development work for the Engineering team. Product Managers act as the primary bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring that solutions are aligned with company priorities and that development resources are focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

This role owns the lifecycle of assigned technology products, including roadmap development, prioritization, delivery coordination, and ongoing improvement.

Essential Functions &

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for assigned systems and capabilities (e.g., ERP functionality, analytics tools, customer portal features).
  • Align product priorities with company strategy and operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, reduce cost, or create competitive advantage.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure priorities reflect real operational impact.
Requirements & Solution Design
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clearly defined product requirements and development tasks.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to design practical solutions that balance speed, cost, and long-term maintainability.
  • Ensure new functionality integrates cleanly with existing systems and data models.
Delivery & Execution
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to ensure work is clearly defined and ready for development.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
  • Track progress of development work and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned functional areas of the business.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with operational leaders.
  • Communicate project status, priorities, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business teams and engineering capacity.
  • Ensure new technology solutions are successfully adopted by end users.
  • Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement after implementation.
  • Measure and track the impact of new capabilities.
  • Continuously refine products based on operational needs and performance data.
Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Preferred

  • Experience working with ERP systems or enterprise software
  • Experience working with software development teams
  • Familiarity with agile development practices
  • Understanding of data analytics or business intelligence tools
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with ERP systems, business process automation, or enterprise integrations is highly desirable.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Regularly required to sit, use a computer, and interact with team members in an office environment.
  • Occasionally required to lift small objects such as laptops or documentation materials.
