Clinical Service Desk - Helpdesk - REMOTE-US
Location: Lincoln, NE, US

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls as part of the Provider Clinical Service Desk in a 24x7x365 call center environment.
- Respond to service desk calls about clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech, addressing workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality.
- Track and document incident tickets, escalating or closing incidents in a timely manner.
- Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk, ensuring caller needs are met.
- Maintain a quiet, private workspace with high‑speed wired internet and remain on the phone queue for an 8–10 hour shift with scheduled breaks.
- Travel up to 10% of the time if required; lift up to 25 lbs. for equipment setup; keep a working cell phone for manager communication and Two‑Factor Authentication.
Shifts and scheduling:
- Shift‑flexible; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Work schedule may change based on client and business requirements or training needs.
- Overtime may be required depending on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare system call center experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent education and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center environment.
- Strong service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient typing and strong English language skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening capabilities to fully understand caller’s needs.
- Exceptional ability to work optimally in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay range for this remote role is $34,387.00 – $64,616.00 (U.S. locations).
- Eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and company performance.
