Job Summary
Directly engages in field operations outside of core Escrow and Title Operations; also, includes various leadership roles that support the overall strategy and execution of field-based operations. Responsible for the efficient operation, profitability, supervision of a specific branch(es) or department(s) while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Act as the individual in charge and serve as the go-to person for escalation of various issues.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of employees responsible for operational tasks.
- Align branch goals with business unit goals by monitoring branch metrics and providing recommendations to leadership based on results.
- Manage individual contributors and/or supervisors.
- Accountable for the performance and results of a team within the area of specialty.
- Assess departmental priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Make decisions and solve problems guided by policies, procedures, and the department plan; receive guidance from senior leaders.
- Apply understanding of how own area integrates with others to achieve departmental objectives.
- Review the team’s ability to meet service, quality, and timeliness objectives.
- Identify and solve technical and operational problems, understanding broader impact across the department.
- Manage one or more generally related teams and adapt department plans and priorities to meet short‑term service or operational objectives.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience:
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience.
