Position Overview

Branch Manager III (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) – Retail Banking. Based at PNC’s Douglas & 7th Branch, 760NW37th Avenue, Miami, FL33126. An in‑office role focused on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.

Job Description
  • Manage and lead branch priorities through planning and execution to drive performance and growth activities.
  • Execute relationship management with new and existing consumer and business clients to increase sales, revenue and market share.
  • Lead and coach a high‑performing team to acquire growth, mitigate risk, develop partnerships and promote employee engagement.
  • Identify and implement client solutions through proactive discovery conversations and timely collaboration with internal partners.
  • Execute contact‑management strategy using phone calls and in‑person meetings and maintain pipeline visibility with partner teams.
  • Drive business banking results via business development, outside‑branch calling, and community involvement.
  • Apply foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement in decision making.
  • Provide technology‑enabled interactions, offering solutions and advice to improve client financial well‑being.
  • Resolve problems effectively to simplify banking for customers and support an omni‑channel experience.
  • Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, development, and talent management.
  • Ensure employees reach performance and activity expectations through ongoing management.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Mitigate sales‑practice risk and execute sound decision making to protect the bank’s reputation.
  • Model PNC values, cultivate an inclusive workplace, and promote employee engagement.
Qualifications
  • Preferred skills:
    Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Behavior, Results‑Oriented Competencies, Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Prospecting, Sales Management.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree (or comparable combination of education, certification and experience, including military service).
  • Experience:

    3+ years industry‑relevant experience in banking or related field; 2+ years managerial experience for operations/production roles.
  • Certification/Licenses:
    Must be able to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
  • Background check required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
