Production Supervisor - Now Hiring!
Bring your leadership skills and strong work ethic to a great opportunity as a Production Supervisor in Norfolk, NE!
Pay: $18.00/hour, increase in pay after training complete.
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Note:
Position will transition to a rotating night shift schedule after training. Weekend availability required based on rotation.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support production employees
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency
- Assist with bagging, tagging, and packaging products
- Prepare materials, including rolling product and boxing
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate machinery as needed
- Monitor and ensure quality control standards
- Perform manual lifting and other assigned duties
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused mindset
