Pay range: $22.90/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and smooth communication between shipping, receiving, and production teams.

• Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, carriers, and drivers to manage the dock schedule, minimizing wait times for drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory receipts, and discrepancies using Wis-Pak software.
• Manage the daily load log, ensuring timely shipments and receipts, and escalating issues as needed.
• Answer phone and CB for shipping/receiving in a professional manner.
• Organize and maintain all shipping records, paperwork and related documents.
• Scan the receivers for purchased product to CN on a daily basis.
• Communicate with production personnel regarding product shortages, production status, new orders, or changes.
• Follow all company‑established clean‑up and housekeeping procedures and comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent. Must have good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Requires basic computer, mathematics, and writing skills and general knowledge of warehouse procedures. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on an infrequent basis. The position requires the ability to work well with others.
