6:00pm-2:30am, Monday-Sunday availability
Pay range: $33.10/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

- Perform electrical installations and maintenance using industry best practices
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance calls and safely start up or shut down equipment
- Repair or replace electrical components in compliance with local and state codes
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks and keep accurate records
- Read and work from instructions, sketches, and blueprints
- Operate equipment and support general plant operations when needed
- Safely use tools such as power tools, electrical test meters, welding equipment, and lifts
- Order parts, estimate repair timelines, and document maintenance work
- Partner with outside contractors and technical experts when needed
- Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and plant regulations
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and technical training (or equivalent experience)
- A Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent certification)
- 3-5 years of electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial motor controls
- Experience with Allen Bradley systems and/or PLC programming (preferred)
- The ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, leadership, and contractors
- Flexibility to handle changing workloads, emergency call‑ins, and occasional travel
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

- Exposure to varying conditions (temperature changes, noise, indoor/outdoor work)
- Physical activity, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
