Pay range: $33.10/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

• Perform electrical installations and maintenance using industry best practices
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Respond to maintenance calls and safely start up or shut down equipment
• Repair or replace electrical components in compliance with local and state codes
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and keep accurate records
• Read and work from instructions, sketches, and blueprints
• Operate equipment and support general plant operations when needed
• Safely use tools such as power tools, electrical test meters, welding equipment, and lifts
• Order parts, estimate repair timelines, and document maintenance work
• Partner with outside contractors and technical experts when needed
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and plant regulations

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and technical training (or equivalent experience)
• A Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent certification)
• 3-5 years of electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial motor controls
• Experience with Allen Bradley systems and/or PLC programming (preferred)
• The ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, leadership, and contractors
• Flexibility to handle changing workloads, emergency call‑ins, and occasional travel

• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
