Set up and operate CNC turning centers and vertical machining centers to machine industrial bearings to precise specifications;
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, tooling, and machining sequences;
Machine components to very fine tolerances, ensuring all parts meet drawing and specification requirements;
Use micrometers up to 25 inches, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensions;
Monitor machines during operation, making adjustments to feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize quality and efficiency
