Production Operator

• Operate production equipment, including intake, filtration, evaporation, and drying systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Review production schedules and complete required production documentation.
• Communicate with team members during shift changes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following GMP guidelines.
• Follow all food safety, plant safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Become certified to operate a forklift (training provided).

• Previous machine operator experience or equivalent mechanical skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
