Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Certifications Requirements: Valid Nebraska LPN license, CPR certification, and BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of practical nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, ability to handle physically demanding tasks

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents aligned with physician orders and care plans.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely during night shifts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes during night hours.
