Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to residents according to physician orders and care plans.
  • Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

  • Document patient care activities in the EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes during night hours.
  • Qualifications:
    • Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
    • Valid Nebraska LPN license, CPR certification, and BLS certification.
    • Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in long‑term care or similar setting.
    • Ability to work night shifts, strong communication skills, and capacity to perform physically demanding tasks.
