Key Responsibilities:Provide skilled nursing care to residents aligned with physician orders and care plans.
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely during night shifts.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care activities in the EMR system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes during night hours.
Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent from an accredited program.
Valid Nebraska LPN license.
CPR certification.
BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year practical nursing experience in long‑term care or similar setting.
Ability to work night shifts.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
