We are seeking an experienced RN - ED - Emergency Department to provide patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
- Supporting safe patient transitions through effective handoffs and care plan updates
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns via appropriate clinical channels
- Proven experience in emergency nursing
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to perform reassessments and elevate concerns appropriately
