Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver high-quality infusion care in patients' homes or infusion sites. You will operate under close supervision, performing basic nursing tasks, administering treatments, and educating patients and families to promote independence with prescribed therapies.
This role requires an active RN license, CPR, and flexibility for 100% travel. A BSN is preferred, with experience in home health or infusion nursing considered an asset.
