Registered Nurse - Operating Room
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with expertise in orthopedic and neuro surgeries to join a surgical team in a Level 1 or 2 trauma center setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct, individualized nursing care based on scientific principles
- Assist in preparation and care of patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and nights
- Utilize at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar settings
- Two or more years of OR nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neuro surgical procedures
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
