Compensation- Hourly wage: $19.5 – $27.5 per hour, equal to or above local minimum wage.
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work; multiple premiums may apply.
