CF Inside Sales Rep

Basic Job Functions

Inside Sales Representatives will provide post‑sale services to external and internal customers on a daily basis. This includes proactively managing orders with assigned customers to provide world‑class results, working with scheduling, production, quality, finance and shipping teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time, managing inventory levels to align with division goals, and providing solutions to situations that may arise during the order, scheduling, production or shipping process.

Occasional travel will be required to visit customers at their facilities to help build relationships.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Two‑year college degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills including experience using all facets of Microsoft Office

• Previous sales or project/account management experience
• Experience with in the cold finish and/or steelmaking industry
