• Other Branch positions – Field Insurance Sales Agent, Travel Agent
• Call Centers (ERS, Sales and Service, etc.)
• Automotive Services
• Claims
• Underwriting and more

• Promote ACG products and services, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide sales and support services in person and by phone to members.
• Greet customers, serve memberships, member benefit awareness.
• Provide cashiering services.
• Administrative support to travel and/or insurance departments, including some outbound calling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hourly rate: $19.08 – $21.50 with potential sales incentives. Unlimited commissions on AAA Membership and Credit Card sales. Corporate Incentive Plan Bonus annually dependent on performance. 3–5% yearly merit raises based on individual performance.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet office goals.
• Basic mathematical calculations for monetary transactions.
• Team player with enthusiasm for working with people.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours a week). 1 hour lunch break. 100% in‑office position at ACG branch facility.
