If you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work and take pride in keeping equipment safe and road‑ready, this could be a great fit for you! We are seeking a skilled Shop Technician with their own tools and toolbox to join a busy pull‑behind trailer repair team. In this role you will diagnose and repair a variety of trailer systems, including electrical, braking, suspension, and structural components.
From preventative maintenance and accident damage repair to welding and flooring replacement, you will play a key role in ensuring trailers meet safety standards and DOT requirements while delivering quality workmanship every day.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Experience with diagnostic equipment
- Carpentry and welding skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Record‑keeping skills
- Diagnose and repair trailer systems
- Perform preventative maintenance
