Production Construction - Electrical

Preparation, installation, and finish of recessed lights, porch areas, entries & appliances. Will do some rework to the houses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform required procedures of preparation, installation and finish of wall coverings to exterior porches and entries.
• Help with exterior wall covering installation of the home.
• Wire up and install can lights.
• Install light and smoke boxes.
• Wire up bath fans and install vent adapter.
• Insulate bath fans and install conduit on water heater wire.
• Seal wires at floor.
• Wire up all electric and gas furnaces.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.

Able to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring device and other equipment as required by the specific job.

Understanding of a tape measure and blueprints.

Construction experience and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.
