Transport freshly mixed concrete from the plant to the job site in a safe manner;
Comply with all Department of Transportation requirements including licensing, vehicle inspection, and hours of service;
Operate mixer truck safely on public highways, in the yard, and at job sites to deliver materials;
Inspect the truck at the start of each workday and complete the Driver Check-off Sheet;
Maneuver the truck to deliver concrete and back under batching plant or hopper to receive concrete;
Climb the mixer truck ladder to inspect load and drum cleanliness;
Follow written and verbal instructions and complete necessary paperwork;
Maintain and clean the truck and prevent concrete buildup in mixer;
Perform routine basic maintenance and uphold safety requirements
