• Deliver professional agronomy advice to arable and farming customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with growers
• Provide recommendations across crop protection, nutrition, seed, and wider farm inputs
• Develop tailored crop management programmes to maximise yield and profitability
• Monitor crop performance and advise on current agronomic challenges
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and develop new business
  
  Keep up to date with industry developments, legislation, and technical innovation
• Work collaboratively with wider technical and commercial teams

• BASIS qualification preferred, although training and development may be available for the right individual
• FACTS qualification advantageous
• Strong knowledge of UK arable farming systems
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with growers and farming businesses
• Self-motivated and able to manage territory effectively
• Passion for UK agriculture and delivering high standards of customer service
