Salary: £32,000–£42,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £60,000)

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and company standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation.
• Work efficiently to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Support colleagues and contribute to overall workshop performance.
