We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper Office Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Norfolk, VA location. This role involves managing the day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, processing payroll taxes, and handling general bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate would also oversee and manage the office's administrative operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.

• Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial statements
• Experience with journal entries and accounting processes
• Strong bookkeeping skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance
• Experience in accounting, including budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant tools
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
