City of Norfolk's Department of Utilities is seeking a Billing Analyst in the Division of Water Accounts' billing team to help process over 65,000 utility bills each month.
You will review meter readings for accuracy, create work orders, and handle adjustments and payments, coordinating with the meter-reading contractor and auditors.
The role requires a two-year degree in business/finance or equivalent and at least one year of support staff experience, with strong Excel and billing system skills.
